We have two types of post implementation support offerings.

On-demand Support

We're there when you need us. This value-based remote services offering is provided from 8am to 8pm EST, Monday through Friday excluding holidays. The response time is 24 hours or next business day. Our experienced administrators will work with you to provide the specific services you need.

Be aware that on-demand services do not include a guaranteed response time. Services are provided as best efforts with priority given to customers who have contracted guaranteed SLA's.

Contracted Service Level Agreement

End user adoption and improved productivity is most often achieved through consistent incremental improvements and a commitment to getting every detail right. Our expert support staff is prepared to handle any request. Contracted SLA's are customized to your specific business needs including:
